Joy Taylor was recently spotted hanging out on Skid Row, but it wasn't for the reasons you might think.
The former Fox Sports host was there to serve the less fortunate and spread Christmas cheer ahead of the holidays.
Dressed in a festive red and white Christmas dress faired with candy-caned striped stockings, Taylor, 38, popped up in the downtown Los Angeles neighborhood this week to offer support to those less fortunate.
Through her Joy Taylor Foundation, the sports broadcaster partnered with Shirley Raines' beauty2thestreetz organization to create a joyful day for kids and adults alike, handing out hot meals to those experiencing homelessness.
She also gave out clothing, shoes, and dozens of toys at her organization's fourth annual event.
Joy Taylor plays Santa for families on Skid Row
Taylor shared several photos from her day on Skid Row on Instagram, captioning the Monday, Dec. 15 posts, "It’s always a blessing to give back with @joytfoundation and @beauty2thestreetz at our annual Christmas Giveback in Skid Row 🎄 Thank you to everyone who volunteered and donated!."
She was all smiles as she helped play Santa Claus to several young families in need.
In one photo, Taylor is seen sweetly hugging a small child at the event dressed in a warm coat.

Another snap showed a young boy at the event holding up a stocking, while his family held on to him holding up a large dino egg toy.
Fans flooded the social media post, praising the sports broadcaster for offering families a shoulder to lean on during the holiday season.
"You’re both amazing," one person gushed.
"Love this! God bless you Joy," someone else wrote.
"Joy to the world," another added.
Taylor's foundation's mission served the homeless, survivors of domestic violence, and communities in need.
According to the foundation's social media account, more than 300 people were provided warm meals at the event.
