Jordon Hudson is not playing around.

The former cheerleader has threatened legal action against podcaster and journalist Pablo Torre. The former ESPN journalist has been going viral over the past year with headlines about Hudson and her relationship with UNC football coach Bill Belichick.

On Sunday, Nov. 23, Hudson posted a selfie holding up a press pass with the caption, “P.S. I’m suing you @pstorre.”

Fans reacted in the comment section of her post with one writing, "Lmaooooooo. Discovery is gonna be fun as hell."

"The necklace," one fan pointed out in reference to her "banned" necklace in the photo, which is seemingly a jab at the headline Torre wrote about Hudson being banned from UNC, but the university has denied that report.

“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities,” Carolina Athletics said in a statement to Us Weekly on May 9. “Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”

Torre defended his report claiming that he was told this information by high-level staff at UNC.

“UNC can now choose to describe or change its position on Jordon Hudson’s involvement however it wishes, following the publication of our episode,” Torre posted via X. “We requested comment and filed dozens of FOIA requests that were not satisfied. And we stand by the specific reporting in our episode, which came from the highest levels of the football program.”

After Hudson's post began to circulate, Torre quickly responded on X

Hi @Jordonbella  I assume this means you’re declining my invitation to be a guest on @pablofindsout? Either way, I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Pablo," he wrote Nov. 23.

It's unclear at this time what exactly Hudson will be suing Torre for, and if legal proceedings have begun. Belichick has not commented on the potential lawsuit.
