Jaylen Brown's Turkey hair transplant joke sparks flood of offers from US doctors image

Jaylen Brown is being flooded with offers from medical experts after sharing his personal struggles with hair loss on social media.

The Boston Celtics star, 29, opened up about the issue during a livestream on Twitch last week, while letting his friends take over barber duties.

In a post shared to X, Brown wrote, “I’m cooked ngl (three facepalm emojis) Tap in."

“I blame Boston. Ten years of stress, the media, the championship. Y’all caused this,” the NBA star added.

Brown then issued a call for help to Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, who has also been the subject of similar commentary involving his hair.

“Code Red. They caught me slippin’,” Brown told James on a voicemail after the NBA legend didn't pick up his call. “I need to know, Turkey or no Turkey? And I ain’t talking about no cheese sandwich.”

Turkey is a well-known destination for hair transplants.

After seeing the livestream, medical experts in the U.S. Are now lining up to help Brown.

Dr. Christine Shaver of Bernstein Medical, who happens to be a die-hard Celtics fan, says there's no reason he needs to travel abroad to get his hair problems addressed. She'd love to fix him up on U.S. Soil.

Shaver told TMZ Brown could benefit from an SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) treatment.

Hair restoration expert Bosley has also offered to lend a hand to the NBA champion so he can remain focused on Boston's 2025 season without the stress of traveling overseas.

"We offer a permanent solution," Andrew Spivack, Bosley's Senior Vice President of Marketing, told the same outlet. "We can help him keep the hair he has and grow more hair where he needs it most."

Brown was drafted third overall by the Celtics in 2016.
