Jason Kelce has been putting in the work at the gym!
The former Philadelphia Eagle center showed off his muscles as he was lifting weights and doing squats.
“When hungry dogs run faster,” Kelce’s gym, Alpha Phlyte Fitness, wrote in the caption.
The girl dad of four which he shares with his wife, Kylie Kelce, recieved an abundance of recognition for his hard work in the comment section.
"We see you Jason! Let’s go!" one fan praised him.
A fan joked, "Kylie can definitely beat me up so I will keep my comments to myself."
One fan simply put it, "Kylie, I get it."
Jason has been open about his weight loss journey now that he no longer plays for the Eagles.
“But I’m gonna slim down. My goal is 250 lbs.," he said during a March 2024 episode of his and brother Travis Kelce's podcast New Heights. "This last week I got down to like 285 because I knew I was doing this and then I had cake like three days in a row."
The Super Bowl champion shared that the weight loss has helped him move around better.
“I'm about 277. I'm almost 20 pounds down right now,” he told his brother Travis Kelce on their New Heights podcast back in June 2024. “It’s hard to imagine another nearly 20 pounds coming off, being honest with you. But my back already feels better. My knees already feel better. So another 20 pounds hopefully will make me that much more adept at playing with my children.”
While Jason said he wanted to lose the weight, he added that he didn't want to look like a "bobblehead."
"I don't want to get too small," Jason continued.'I think a lot of guys, especially offensive linemen, they lose too much weight, and then they look like bobbleheads because their neck gets so small, but their head stays the same size."
He concluded what weight range would be a sweet spot for him.
"So for me, I feel like for some reason, 250 to 260 feels like I'll be still big and be happy with the way I look without having a six-pack. But I'll still be able to have that stature a little bit."
Well, Jason is sure on his way!
