Jake Paul shares tour of $40M Georgia ranch with airstrip and boxing ring after Anthony Joshua loss image

Jake Paul is showing off his $40 million Georgia compound after losing a blockbuster boxing match to Anthony Joshua in December. After beating Mike Tyson in November 2024, Paul left the fight against Joshua with a broken jaw, seven missing teeth, and a second loss to his name.

Several months before the fight, Jake bought the sprawling 6,000-acre ranch in South Plantation, Georgia, and his plans for the property are wild - to say the least.

Jake is so excited about his latest project that he's created a YouTube channel solely dedicated to the new property, which he's dubbed "Paul Reserve."

The home, previously owned by a Rhode Island senator, boasts a two-mile ATV track, 20-acre lake, outdoor boxing ring, and three-mile private driveway featuring multiple lodges, barns and guest houses. It also has a 30-acre duck pond, 60-acre peanut field, cornfield, and shooting range.

On Saturday, Jan. 10, the YouTube sensation turned boxer showed off the Georgia estate in a post shared to Instagram

"Introducing Paul Reserve to y’all. Finally after 8 months the YouTube channel is launched and the tour video is live now. Go peep ‼️," Jake wrote. "This is such a dream come true and yall can follow all the fun @paulfamilyranch and on the YouTube channel 🦌🐘🦒."

Jake Paul calls his new Georgia ranch the 'American Dream'

He also shared a video to the Paul Reserve's new YouTube channel over the weekend, giving his followers a close up look at the massive property, which appears to have tons of potential to be transformed into whatever Jake wants it to be.

The ideas are endless, and Jake has already started putting a few plans into motion.

He's installed an outdoor boxing ring for his training sessions and a massive racetrack.

"On this property, we built officially the world's biggest razor track. It's over 2 miles long of jumps, whoops, it's carving in and out of the woods," the new disruptor said, showing a quick clip of the course that you can also dirt bike on. "And just the view from above is absolutely beautiful."

"This is the American dream," he added.

Why Jake Paul wants to offer memberships at his Georgia Estate

While the property seems to be pretty picture perfect already, Jake says he's planning to add a "full on" Formula 1 racetrack and 1.5 mile airstrip, so he can land his private plane whenever he wants.

The best part about the place is the boxer isn't keeping all of these perks to himself.

Aside from sharing it with his fiance, Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam, and family, Jake says he plans to offer memberships so other folks can enjoy it too.

"I'm going to turn this into a membership club where people can have houses on the track. Have their cars in their garage. Have their own space to live, and be able to use the track whenever they want, land their plane right here on the airstrip, and create this sort of race club with all the amenities, ice baths, saunas, hot tubs, events, dinners, wake surf, go on the world's biggest Razor track, dirt bike, all these nice things," he said.
