The Dallas Cowboys are pulling out all the stops ahead of the team's big Thanksgiving Day matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Anticipating 80,000 fans will bypass their usual family gatherings to fill AT&T Stadium on Thursday, the NFL team is arranging a celebratory spread abundant with holiday culinary choices and has also confirmed Post Malone to perform during halftime, aiming to enhance the occasion.
George Wasai, vice president of food and beverage for Legends Hospitality, stated this, as reported by Dallas-based news station "WFAA.", according to “People come to the stadium to have a Thanksgiving meal with their family,”.
Here's everything the Cowboys are rolling out for fans on Thanksgiving Day 2025.
Dallas Cowboys' Thanksgiving Day meal
Spectators attending AT&T Stadium for The Cowboys-Chiefs matchup can anticipate a variety of substantial, festive food options.
To ensure no one goes hungry, the Cowboys have obtained 15,000 pounds of turkey, 16,000 pounds of mac and cheese, and 380 gallons of gravy.
One new standout item on the Cowboy's 2025 holiday spread is a Thanksgiving Pie - and we're not talking about a pie that includes pumpkin.
Imagine a hearty chicken pot pie, but sub in the smoked turkey. The Cowboys' 2025 Thanksgiving Pie will be filled with meat, stuffing, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, and gravy, and is wrapped inside of a butter-crust shell.
Several popular dishes are returning, such as the Thanksgiving bowl, generously filled with turkey and traditional sides, and the Thanksgiving sandwich, featuring holiday meats between slices of fresh bread.
This year, the Holiday-stuffed egg rolls are back, featuring a filling of turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce, accompanied by gravy for dipping, just as one might expect.
Marcelo Vasquez, Executive Chef and Culinary Director at&T Stadium, informed "Fox 4" that the Cowboys had a limited timeframe to organize the feast for fans, despite it being an honor.
"We start cleaning, shaping, everything again all over. So we’ve got a window of three days to put all the things together. We start Saturday to process. We stop and we continue Monday after the game," Vasquez said.

Post Malone launches Salvation Army drive at Cowboys-Chiefs
Along with their holiday-themed food lineup, the Cowboys are also notorious for offering an incredible Thanksgiving halftime show as part of the Salvation Army's Red Kettle kickoff.
In 1997, country music legend Reba McEntire was the first performer, a notable moment during the game where the Cowboys lost to the Oilers 27-14.
This year, Post Malone, who is 30, will perform on stage, following in the footsteps of many fellow countrymen who have headlined the Cowboys' Thanksgiving event, such as Randy Travis in 1998 and Luke Combs in 2021.
Posty, who identifies as a Cowboys supporter and has garnered 11 Billboard Music Awards along with 18 Grammy nominations, was revealed as the main performer merely two weeks prior to the November 27th matchup versus Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
"I'm from Texas. I grew up a Cowboys fan and have been watching this halftime show for years," the "Better Now" singer said in a press release shared by the Cowboys. "It's a real honor to be part of the Red Kettle Kickoff with The Salvation Army and the Dallas Cowboys and help bring hope to so many people."
Malone's performance will help one of the largest fundraisers for the Salvation Army in 2025.
"The Red Kettle Campaign is more than a tradition — it's a lifeline," Charlotte Jones, chief brand officer and co-owner of the Dallas Cowboys and former national advisory board chairman for The Salvation Army, said in the release.
"Every ring of a bell is a reminder that small acts of generosity can spark real joy. We're proud to stand with The Salvation Army once again and are so excited for our biggest fan, Post Malone, to share his immense talent and energy with fans nationwide."
The Cowboys will take on the Chiefs at 3:30 p.m. On Thursday, Nov. 27 at AT&T Stadium.
