Hulk Hogan's only daughter, Brooke Hogan, won't be getting anything from her father's estate.

The 71-year-old wrestling legend, who sadly passed away after suffering cardiac arrest in his Clearwater, Florida home on July 24, was reportedly estranged from his 37-year-old daughter.

It was surprisingly Brooke's decision to remove herself from her father's will.

Why Brooke Hogan walked away from her inheritance

A source told "TMZ" that Brooke asked to be removed from Hulk's will back in 2023, because "she didn’t trust a single person around him, and didn’t want to get caught up in a financial battle when he passed."

"All Brooke ever really wanted was to protect her dad from people she felt were taking advantage of him... but after years of disagreeing with Hulk over the matter, she reached out to his financial manager and had herself removed from the will," the outlet reported.

Hulk's daughter, who welcomed twins - Oliver Andrew and Molly Gene - with her husband, former NHL star Steven Oleksy, in January, won't walk away completely empty handed though.

She will receive a small payout from a life insurance trust set up by the WWE star that listed her as one of the beneficiaries.

"She’s grateful for that and plans to put it toward her kids' college funds," per the same source.

Shortly after her father's passing, Brooke penned a sweet message on Instagram in honor of her father.

"You were my everything, and I will always be your girl. I am PROUD to be your daughter—for all the love, light, and goodness you brought into this world. Thank you for choosing me in this lifetime, and for loving me so deeply," Brooke wrote. "Our bond is eternal. That truth brings me comfort and hope, even in your absence."

She continued, "I love you more than all the stars in the sky, 4LifeAfterLife."

Who will inherit Hulk Hogan's estate now?

It’s unclear who will inherit Hulk’s entire estate, including his $11 million real estate portfolio. Short of the Hulk having an iron-clad will, there's a lot of trademarks, intellectual property, and other assets that will have to be split up and distributed.

In addition to Brooke, Hulk - who's real name is Terry Ballea - was also a dad to son, Nick Hogan, 35, whom he also shares with his ex-wife Linda Hogan

Hulk was famously married to his children's mother, Linda, from 1983 to 2009. After he and Linda separated, he went on to wed his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel in 2010. The couple split in 2021.

The wrestling icon got married for a third time to Sky Daily, who had three children from a previous marriage, in September 2023.
