Olympian champion Michael Phelps has taken on the ambitious task of teaching the Baltimore Ravens football team how to swim.
After learning that a third of the NFL team couldn't save themselves if they were dropped into a pool of water, Phelps, who happens to be a huge Ravens fan, kindly agreed to teach some of the players how to make their way around a pool.
It all started when Phelps noticed a post on X from Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey, asking for his help.
"Hey @MichaelPhelps we need your help!! From the #RavensAquaticsTeam," Humphrey posted on social media, alongside a video with his teammates lined up in a pool.
During the video, several members of the NFL football left a message for Phleps.
"Hey Mr. Phelps. We have a problem. Did you know that one in three Ravens cannot swim? We have a solution for you, sir," the NFL team said, while being filmed for the social media plea. "Come to Ravens training camp to this beautiful aquatic center and teach us how to swim."
Phelps happily obliged, responding, "I got yall!!!! Let's do it!!"

Michael Phelps hosts swim lesson with Ravens
After showing up at the pool, Phelps was seen hard at work trying to teach the Ravens players how to swim.
In one video shared to X, Phelps is seen telling a player who had a pool noodle wrapped around his stomach, to "Act like you're riding a bike," as he kicked his feet and tried to glide across the water.

After working with more than a dozen Ravens stars at the Mangione Aquatic Center at Loyola University in Maryland, Phelps challenged the NFL players to compete in a diving contest.
Several players hilariously opted to jump from the shallow diving board, which is only a few feet above the water, while a few of the daring players chose to jump from the actual diving platform, about a dozen feet above the water.

Lamar Jackson roasts teammate for wearing pool noodles around legs
The funniest moment during the dive-a-thon happened when Ravens defensive lineman Travis Jones stepped onto the shallow diving board with pool noodles, which he appeared to be trying to use as flotation devices, wrapped around each of his legs.
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson couldn't help but roast his teammate over the ridiculous look, writing on social media, "Y did big Trav have the pool noodles wrapped around his legs," with laughing and head in palm face emojis.
Jones was later seen getting some extra help from the 28-time gold medalist in the pool.
