Luka Dončić. You know the name, you know the dominance.

Dismantling defenses and currently leading the MVP conversation, influence is extending far beyond the hardwood and into the high-stakes world of sneaker culture, and guess what? The latest signature silhouette, the Jordan Luka 5, has officially hit the "Venom" phase. Retailing for $130, this isn't your standard basketball shoe, but instead a specific aesthetic shift that bridges the gap between elite basketball tech and high-end streetwear.

Early pairs are also already commanding a 50 percent premium on platforms like StockX and GOAT. For a definitive breakdown of the supercar-inspired design of the "Venom," check out the full guide at Decked Out Magazine.

For the first time in Dončić’s signature line, Jordan Brand has integrated a full-length Zoom Strobel unit, providing a level of responsiveness and "pop" that matches Luka’s explosive first step. This is paired with an updated Cushlon midsole and the new Isoband system, designed specifically to contain the lateral force of his signature step-back jumper. But that's not all, either.

The "Venom" colorway itself draws inspiration from Dončić’s home country of Slovenia, blending elite engineering and distinct visual storytelling.

The shoe is set to hit the market on January 8, 2026, and if the early rumblings are any indication, these won’t stay on shelves for long.
