Travis Kelce is standing by his comment about his and Taylor Swift's relationship.
During the Dec. 24 episode of New Heights, which Travis co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce, they were joined by the retired Philadelphia Eagles star's wife, Kylie Kelce, who asked Travis to clarify his comment about his relationship.
“When you said that you don’t fight, you were joking right?" Kylie asked. "You were being sarcastic? The giggle after suggested that you were being sarcastic.”
“What?” Travis responded, confused which garnered laughter from Kylie and Jason. “Fight, wow. Fight who? Who do I fight?"
Jason responded that Travis fights when he hits the football field.
"Oh defensive guys?" Travis reacts with a smirk. "Yeah, I fight. I'm a fighter in that sense of it."
He then clarified Kylie's original question, "But me and Tay, we definitely don’t fight.”
Swift and Travis have been dating for two years, and they got engaged over the summer.
During the Dec. 3 episode of New Heights, Travis and Jason had on two-time Oscar-winning actor George Clooney, where they spoke about their relationships with their partners. Clooney married Amal Clooney in 2014, and he shared that he doesn't argue with his wife which Travis agreed about him and Swift.
“Well, it's only been two and a half years, and you're right,” the tight end replied. “I haven't gotten into an argument. Never once.”
Kylie shared her thoughts on her own podcast, Not Gonna Lie, on Dec. 11.
“Notice how my husband was oddly quiet during this segment,” Kylie quipped. “He did ask a couple of clarifying questions. But for the most part, his a** knew that he could not say that after almost eight years married. We absolutely argue.”
