Sydney Sweeney is still being flooded with DMs from professional athletes even though she's now in a relationship with music mogul Scooter Braun. 

The "Christy" actress, 28, and Braun, 44, reportedly started dating in the fall of 2025 after meeting at Jeff Bezos' wedding in Italy. 

While Sweeney appears to be happy in her current situation despite the 16 year age gap, a source told "The Sun" that Premier League players are "constantly" sliding into her DMs, with some even going as far as tracking down her private number. 

Scooter reportedly finds the messages the "Euphoria" actress has been receiving "incredibly disrespectful," the outlet reported, adding that he's "furious" over other men crossing boundaries despite her relationship current status. 

“Sydney has always been fiercely independent,” the insider shared. “She values time alone — whether that’s travelling by herself, going out with girlfriends, or just switching off. Scooter prefers togetherness, and he’s still adjusting to that.”

Sydney Sweeney was previously linked to Christian Pulisic 

Even though Sweeney is now dating Braun, romance rumors linking her to former Premier League and AC Milan star Christian Pulisic swirled shortly before the relationship became public. Several outlets, including Italian news outlet Gazzetta, reported on the speculation, although the claims were never confirmed. 

Despite all the DMs rolling into her inbox, Sweeney's starpower continues to rise following her blockbuster portrayal of female boxer Christy Martin in the film "Christy." 

She's as busy as ever, having also just filmed "The Housemaid," alongside Amanda Seyfried. Additionally, she has IMDB credits coming in for the indie film "Americana," the thriller "Echo Valley" with Julianne Moore, and "Eden," featuring Jude Law.
