Sam Darnold celebrates with fiancee Katie after Seahawks advance to Super Bowl image

Sam Darnold had plenty to celebrate with his fiancee Katie Hoofnagle on Sunday night. 

The Seattle Seahawks quarterback led his team to a 31-27 NFC Championship win over the Los Angeles Chargers at Lumen Field and will now advance to Super Bowl LX on Feb. 8. 

Shortly after he secured the big win, the QB 1 shared a quick kiss on the field with his future wife, as he basked in the glory of sending his team to the Super Bowl. 

It was a memorable moment for Darnold, who previously led the Minnesota Vikings to a 14-win season before struggling in the playoffs.

Katie showed off her custom game-day fit on Instagram 

Before the game, Katie shared a post on her Instagram Stories, showing off the custom fit she had made for the NFC Championship game. 

The former South Carolina Gamecocks soccer star rocked a black zipper jacket paired with light-colored denim jeans that featured a large "14" emblazoned on the leg. She accessorized the look with silver boots and a small matching handbag. 

Hoofnagle has been a constant source of support for Darnold since their summer engagement. 

The Seahawk's quarterback proposed to his now fiancee, whom he met in 2023, in a romantic moment on the beach in Dana Point California in July. The pair announced the news on IG on July 7 in a joint post captioned, "YES!!!!!"
