LeBron James is sharing some dating advice.

The Los Angeles Lakers star has been married to Savannah James for 12 years, and he's warning his teammates to look out for "cutthroat, ruthless-a** b******."

On an episode of Savannah's podcast, Everybody's Crazy, which she co-hosts with April McDaniel, LeBron was joined by Kai Cenat, Fanum, and DJ Travis Bennett. As the topic of dating got on the table, McDaniel shared how people are quick to move on.

"I think a lot of people, though, get off people quickly. Like, they be so into you and then they be like, 'Eh, OK, I'm done,'" McDaniel said.

LeBron shared his advice despite being married to Savannah for over a decade and told McDaniel that if that happens, the cards just weren't aligned for the relationship to work out.

"Well, they weren't into you. And you can't look at it—you can't think, like, when you looking in the mirror, like, 'D**n, what did I do?' It's them," LeBron said. "If they get off you that fast, then it was never meant to be in the first place."

"You got to look in the mirror and say, 'It's not me,'" he continued. "The men, too, 'cause it's some it's some cutthroat, ruthless-a** b****** out here right now too."

LeBron added that he believes that there are men out there who are trying to do their best when it comes to dating.

"And you know, some homies out here that's trying to be good, too and just trying to figure it out and now they looking in the mirror saying, 'D**n, what did I do wrong?'" LeBron continued. "Homies, it ain't you. It ain't always you. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be."

This is a topic that LeBron has been speaking a lot about lately. Last month, he spoke to Complex's Speedy Morman on 360 with Speedy about how his relationship is "never picture perfect."

“It’s not, man,” LeBron told Speedy. “I’m gonna be honest. A relationship is never picture perfect. But if you’re OK with working through the hardships and the adverse moments, then it will make it all worth it, man. We’ve been together since high school, so s*** ain’t always going to be a bed of roses, man — in any relationship, let alone someone you’ve been living with for 20 years.”
