Megan Thee Stallion definitely has an invitation to Thanksgiving next year.
The rapper celebrated her first Thanksgiving with Klay Thompson and his family, and she cooked the turkey as well as some sides for their first major holiday together. Thompson's father, Mychal Thompson, praised the rapper's cooking.
“The Thanksgiving dinner was the best Thanksgiving food I’ve ever eaten. Megan Thee Stallion should be Megan Thee Chef," Mychal said on ESPN LA per Hollywood Unlocked. "That’s how good the food was. It was unbelievable. She went out of her way to make sure everybody was well-fed. We had to take tons of bags home. There were so many leftovers. So, our guests had to take home. And it was one of the best Thanksgivings we ever had, thanks to Megan.”

Megan shared a video of her prepping for Thanksgiving on her Instagram, which showed her making the turkey, dressing, and macaroni and cheese. She admitted that she was feeling anxious about cooking for them for the first time.
“I was really nervous, ‘cause I was like, ‘Dang, I’m really finna cook for my man and his whole family.' I hope they love this because I got to show them that I really love they son!”
“And then we hurried up and we took all the food over the to the Thompsons,” she said to conclude the video as she showed the food getting loaded up into the car.
The holiday celebrations didn't end there as Megan also sat courtside alongside Klay's mom, Julie Thompson. When speaking to ESPN LA, Megan also gave Julie her flowers.
“Well, Miss Julie was the star of the show," Megan said of Klay's mom. "Miss Julie is the hostess with the mostest.”
Julie smiled brightly and shyly responded, “Stop!”
Megan shared that she loved that Mychal loved her food was even more ecstatic that Julie did as well.
“Mr. Thompson definitely said I could own my own restaurant. I’m glad I got the stamp of approval from the father. But, the mother!… Miss Julie was my number one stamp of approval,” Megan said.
The rapper and NBA star went public with their relationship over the summer, and Klay has not been shy about loving Megan's cooking. He went over about her catfish and spaghetti over the summer, and clearly, since Megan held it down during Thanksgiving, it's only a matter of time before she cooks up something else phenomenal.
