Pop star Madison Beer turned heads at SoFi Stadium on Sunday after sharing a quick sideline kiss with Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert before kickoff. 

Unfortunately for Herbert, the sweet PDA moment didn't translate into good luck, as the Chargers fell 27-10 to the Washington Commanders. 

In video footage circulating online, Beer, 26, is seen walking toward the sideline with some friends before she gave Herbert, 27, two kisses and a hug. She kept her game day attire casual, wearing an oversized Chargers jacket and light-colored denim jeans.

After a video of the PDA moment went viral on social media, Charger fans began criticizing the NFL quarterback for being distracted before he took the field. 

"Stop distracting him because he sucked today," one person commented on X. 

"Must have been a kiss of death…they got beat," a second person said. 

"0-2 since they started dating," someone else wrote. 

"Better hope he starts playing better or she’s going to get Simpson comparisons when she was with Romo," another added.

This isn't the first time the "Yes, Baby" singer has publicly supported Herbert since dating rumors started swirling.  The Long Island, New York native attended her first Chargers game to support her new beau last month. 

Rumors of a potential romance started brewing in August, after Herbert was spotted hanging out on the set of her latest music video shoot in Los Angeles.  The pair appeared to be an official couple a few weeks later, after they were spotted heading into a friend's house with a board game and bottle of wine on Aug. 24. The outing appeared to be casual as the duo were dressed similarly in cozy sweatpants and long-sleeve shirts. 

The pop star was previously in a relationship with TikToker Nick Austin and has also reportedly been linked to David Beckham's son, Brooklyn Beckham. 

At the same time, this is one of the most high-profile romances for Herbert, who was sixth overall draft pick in 2020, since he's joined the league.
