Sorry, ladies, Jaxson Dart is officially off the market.
The New York Giants quarterback confirmed his relationship with Marissa Ayers on Friday, Jan. 9, after months of speculation. In the Instagram photo dump posted by Ayers, she teased the new relationship with the caption, "rumor has it."
The influencer, who has over two million followers across Instagram and TikTok, shared several photos of the pair on dinner dates, a Halloween costume party, on the field at a Giants game, and traveling on a private jet, all filled with kisses along the way.
Fans were excited to see that Ayers confirmed the relationship after onlookers were debating if the clues along the way were real or fiction.
"You’re so perfect and you guys look perfect together," one fan commented.
"HARD LAUNCHHHH," one fan exclaimed.
One fan is already thinking of the future, "Okay, so now its my turn God and then we can go on double dates."
There have been several clues along the way, but speculation began that the two were an item when Ayers attended a Giants away game at Gillette Stadium when they took on the New England Patriots on Dec. 1. The influencer was even seen in a photo with the rookie's mom on the sidelines.
Ayers is known for her lifestyle videos across social media but the influencer also got nationwide recognition when she was a ring girl over the summer. Back in July, Ayers worked during the Taylor-Serrano match at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The Giants, unfortunately, had a disappointing season with only four wins and did not make it to the playoffs, but Dart's first season in the league did not go unnoticed. He finished the season with 272 passing yards, 15 touchdowns, 5 interceptions, and over 480 rushing yards with 9 rushing touchdowns. Dart became the first rookie quarterback in NFL history to have multiple games featuring 240+ passing yards, 60+ rushing yards, and at least two total touchdowns.
"I think that when I look back on this 10 years from now, I'm just going to appreciate it because it's been humbling," Dart said in "Giants Conversations" following the season. "You just don't expect sometimes for things to shake the way that they did this year, but I think in the long run it's going to make me grateful for every opportunity that I have and the journey that we're going to go on."
