Hailee Steinfeld reveals how she really felt during Josh Allen playoff game image

While Hailee Steinfeld could not attend the Buffalo Bills' playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars last week, the actress was still supporting her husband.

In the actress's Beau Society newsletter on Friday, January 16, she shared that while she was getting ready for the Golden Globes, she still had her husband's big game on the top of her mind.

“The day of the [Golden] Globes, something exciting was on TV that I’m sure you were all watching,” Steinfeld wrote. “Kickoff just happened to be at the same time as glam, so I was a little (lot) distracted.”

While Steinfeld was supportive of her husband's playoff game, her glam team was also tentatively making sure the actress would not harm herself while they had hot tools near her head as she watched the game on TV.

“My glam team is incredible at what they do and worked around my constant movement,” the actress continued. “Andrew [Fitzsimons, my hairstylist] warned me every time an iron was close to my face, so I didn’t accidentally burn myself.”

Steinfeld kicked off the year with her role in Sinners as Mary, a woman with a multiracial background, where the story took place in Jim Crow's South. Sinners  also stars Michael B. Jordan, Wunmi Mosaku, Miles Caton, Delroy Lindo, and more. The film was up for several Golden Globe awards: Best Original Score and the new Cinematic and Box Office Achievement.
