Braxton Berrios is finally addressing the Alix Earle breakup rumors - well, sort of.
Over the weekend, rumors began swirling that the Houston Texans wide receiver had split from the social media influencer and "Dancing With The Stars" runner-up.
Neither Berrios or Earle have confirmed or denied a split. Earle has continued posting on social media as usual, while Berrios has largely remained silent.
Berrios finally broke his silence on Thursday, Dec. 11, sharing a cryptic message on Instagram.
The NFL star included several pictures of his pre-game arrival outfits throughout the NFL season, captioning the post, "What did I miss?"
What likely was intended to be a playful response to the rumors, turned into a disaster, as fans immediately flooded his comments section with backlash.
"You actually missed every single one of Alix’s performances on dancing with the stars 🤨," one person commented.
"You missed the fox trot, Argentine tango, quickstep, paso doble, samba, freestyle," someone else quipped.
"The entire season of Alix on DWTS," another added.

After receiving dozens of comments from angry fans suggesting that he was unsupportive of Earle's DWTS run, Berrios replied to one fan, writing, "I would’ve loved to be. Sadly I wasn’t able to travel like that in-season."
The comments didn't stop there though.
Others continued to flood his post with messages encouraging the NFL wide receiver to work things out with Earle before it's too late.
"Come on... You love ALIX. Go get her back please," one person wrote.
"It’s like watching the wrong ending of a beautiful romance movie if he just gives up…," a second person said.
"Go get your girl," another begged.
While the cause of the alleged split remains unknown, People reported on Saturday that the breakup was mutual.
Berrios and Earle were first linked in 2023 and went official that fall.
Prior to Earle, Berrios was linked to Christian McCaffrey's wife Olivia Culpo's younger sister, Sophia Culpo.
