A'ja Wilson is getting candid about the collective bargaining agreement - and her love life.

First addressing the CBA, the Las Vegas Aces superstar, 29, said it's important to stand up for what she believes in.

"I think we're tired of the mindset of just be grateful for what you have. No, we need to dive into it," Wilson said. "We need to have better workplaces, practice facilities. And it's not just for the women of the league now, we're talking about the women coming up. The future," she added. "We want them to have a safe space to where they can perform at a high level and get that revenue share and to live on a salary that is what they earned that is liveable."

"The support that he gives always, it's incredible to think that I've kind of met my match." -A'ja Wilson on NBA star Bam Adebayo

She then shared some rare comments about her "perfect" NBA boyfriend, Adebayo.

"In my eyes, he's perfect. He's perfect. He can do no wrong," she said. "The support that he gives always, it's incredible to think that I've kind of met my match."

Wilson admitted that balancing two pro-sports careers isn't always easy, but said that she and NBA star are committed to make it work.

"We were just like, 'You know, this isn’t going to be easy, 'obviously, with our schedules and our lifestyle. But at the end of the day, if we want it to work, we’re going to make it work for each other," she gushed. "When you see the behind the scenes, when you see the down days, the good days, you have to show up. Because you know how hard it was to get to that point."

How A'ja Wilson and Bam Adebayo first sparked romance rumors

Wilson and Adebyo were first linked after they were spotted sitting together at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

They remained tight-lipped about their romance for months, until Wilson subtly confirmed the rumors by giving a shout-out to Adebayo during a jersey retirement ceremony at her alma mater, the University of South Carolina.

During the speech, the WNBA star mentioned Adebayo, who was sitting courtside, saying, "I wouldn't be who I am today without the love, support and sacrifices of so many people." She continued, "What a blessing to have those most special to me courtside today, especially my favorite Olympian from out of town."

The pair were friends for years before they made it official.
