If you've ever dreamed of living like an NBA legend, now's your chance.

Former NBA Hall of Famer, Tony Parker's, $20 million estate has been listed for sale, and it has all the bells and whistles you could dream of, including one the country's largest private water parks.

The lavish mediterranean-style estate, located in Boerne, Texas - a suburb about 31 miles from San Antonio - features over 13,000 square feet of living space situated on 53 acres.

Nestled inside the upscale gated community of Anaqua Springs Ranch, the main residence offers six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and four half bathrooms, plus dual offices, a library, media room, meditation suite, and barber studio, according to "Realtor.com." Parker's mansion also offers a four bedroom guesthouse, 1,500 bottle wine room, custom-walk in closets, soaring ceilings, and luxurious touches like marble, Venetian plaster, and travertine.

The property's biggest draw seems to be the 316,000 gallon waterpark, complete with speed slides, lazy rivers, waterfalls, grottoes, and a diving area.

In addition to the eight-pool waterpark, Parker's estate offers plenty of other activities to keep the new homeowner busy, including a tennis court, sand volleyball court, 6,000 square foot gym, basketball court, arcade, and locker room. There's also a fruit orchard, enviable herb garden, and private tortoise habitat on the grounds, in case that's not enough.

How a trip to Dubai inspired Tony Parker's outdoor paradise

Over the summer, Parker raved about his stunning property, telling the "New York Post," it was a "family house."

"My vision was to build something where I can host my family and my friends, and create memories," he said. “I like to host and when my friends come from France, you know it’s a long flight, so I wanted a place where they can come for long stays."

The former San Antonio Spurs star's idea to build his own personal waterpark came about after a trip overseas.

"[Parker] was in Dubai when he saw a waterslide and came back with a whole bunch of ideas,” Erwin Nicholas II, the founder of local brokerage Mr. Real Estate, told the outlet. “He got his pool engineers together and what you see is what they built.”

The NBA star brought in Keith Zars, the designer behind Six Flags Fiesta, Texas' famous water attractions, to help create his backyard dream oasis.

It took 59,000 man hours, 2,100 yards of concrete and 130,000 pounds of steel to build.

Parker, who sits on the board at the San Antonio Zoo, said he originally wanted to add some animals to the sprawling property, but he never got around to it. He did, however, start the process by adding a "Jurassic Park"-themed gate to the front and golf cart path around the back.

The NBA star's home was first listed for sale for $16.5 million on Sept. 17 before the price was elevated to $20 million, per Realtor.

The custom home was built built for Parker in 2007.

He spends a lot of time across the pond these days as he's the majority owner of the French team LDLC ASVEL, doesn't have the time to enjoy the home like he used to.

Parker, 41, was drafted by the San Antonio Spurs in 2001. The Belgium native is a four-time NBA champion, six-time NBA All-Star, 2007 NBA Finals MVP, and was entered into the Hall of Fame in 2023.
