Lamar Odom isn't having the best week.
The former Los Angeles Lakers star, 45, is reportedly being evicted from his home after failing to pay his rent for several months.
According to the "New York Post," Odom, who was formerly married to "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Khloe Kardashian, has been ordered to vacate the Los Angeles rental home after his landlord sued him for failing to pay $45,000 in back rent.
The sublessor of the Studio City, California mansion, Executive Recovery Group Inc., has filed a lawsuit against the former NBA star, alleging that he failed to pay the $15,000 monthly rent for three consecutive months, from January 1 to March 31.
The rental company reportedly issued multiple payment demands to Odom, including a formal three-day notice to pay or vacate the Studio City home.
The written notice, which was included in the lawsuit, warned Odom that he was required to pay the back rent in full within three days, which he allegedly failed to do.
According to legal documents, the landlord terminated its lease agreement with Odom on March 17, in what is known as an "election of forfeiture," which essentially revokes his rights to occupy the property.
The court ruled in favor of Executive Recovery Group Inc. on April 28 after Odom failed to respond to the lawsuit, granting them possession of the property and requiring Odom to leave.
Odom isn't the only notable person who's lived in the LA home.
The late rapper Mac Miller had previously leased the property and even recorded his MTV show, "Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family," there before his passing in 2018.
