A new Hulk Hogan-themed sports bar is coming to New York City, and it's everything you'd picture it to be.
The $7 million establishment is 9,000 square feet and located near Madison Square Garden in midtown Manhattan, according to "Page Six." The three-floor establishment, which features a rooftop bar, is reportedly being decked out to resemble the interior of the famous arena, which should be a huge draw for sports fans.
The new hotspot will be called "Slam," which is a fitting name for obvious reasons.
It will be filled with the WWE star's memorabilia and feature large screens and a jumbotron, playing clips from some of his best days.
Slam will open in midtown Manhattan in Fall 2025

The owner of Slam, nightlift veteran Rich Rosen, said he sought out Hogan to be a part of the business after finding the empty venue on 8th Avenue, at the corner of 31st Street.
He even attended an autograph signing to pitch the idea to the famed wrestler.
"I basically waited 5 hours in line to get two seconds with Hulk Hogan," Rosen said. "I came with an 8' by 11' glossy picture of Madison Square Garden, and in the picture is our [location]. I walked up to Hulk, I dropped the picture in front of him."
He said he then told Hogan, "That's my [storefront], that's the Garden, and you're my new partner," and handed him a business card, hoping for the best.
As luck would have it, Hogan called him four days later.
Hogan has since secured a licensing pact in the business, but doesn't have a direct ownership stake in the project, per the outlet.
However, in addition to his memorabilia being featured throughout the business, the wrestler's beer brand, Real American Beer, will be served, and he will reportedly make a few cameos.
The sports bar is set to open this fall.
