NBA star Anthony Davis is unloading his $40 million Los Angeles home now that he's been traded from the Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks

Clearly no longer in need of a home base in California, the 32-year-old basketball star has put his 8 bedroom, 12 bathroom estate on the market for $39 million, according to "TMZ."

The Bel Air crib is located in an ultra-exclusive gated-community just outside of the city.

While someone will need some deep pockets to pick it up, the 17,254 square foot mansion is decked out in pure luxury.

The interior of the home boasts a home gym, barber shop, lounge, theater, game room, wet bar, wine cellar and an elevator.

When you step into the backyard, you'll find a lighted tennis court, Olympic-sized swimming pool, cabanas, batting cage, and chef's kitchen.

There's also a custom children's playhouse with HVAC and a wellness center with a plunge tub and sauna.

According to a post shared on Instagram by the listing agent, Remax's Jordan Cohen on Thursday, July 31, the European-style home sits on over 3.5 acres and is an "absolute trophy estate with panoramic views and complete privacy.

"The dramatic entry is graced with an unbelievable 35 feet glass domed ceiling," Cohen posted, alongside several stunning photos, advertising the property. "No stone is left un turned throughout this landmark property! The resort quality grounds are truly second to none!"

Fans go wild over Anthony Davis' mansion listing: 'Stunning beyond words'

Shortly after the listing went live, people flocked to Cohen's comment section to rave over the NBA star's stunning home.

"Freakin next level," one person commented.

"Wow! I thought that was an Expedia ad for a luxury hotel! 🔥❤️" a second person commented.

"Stunning beyond words," another person wrote.

Davis was traded to the Mavs in a blockbuster deal last season. He's spent most of his time in Dallas on the injured list, but could make a big impact this year with another new addition, Duke alum Cooper Flagg.
