Rayna Vallandingham has earned a loyal legion of rabid fans as a 13-time Taekwondo world champion. And she just took to social media to show off some of her skills in an epic video shot at a training gym.
Her graceful kicks and fierce punches are a sight to see, as she jumps and spins in the air, rocking only a fitted, ab-baring hoodie and tiny shorts by alo.
“Osuuu,” she captioned the Friday, November 14 share to Instagram. “Osu” is the Japanese martial arts word for respect. She also tagged the high-end workout clothing brand alo.
Her fans immediately flooded her comments section with emojis and “my queen.”

The incredible athlete, 22, made her debut in the iconic Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue earlier this year. “Rayna Vallandingham’s 2025 SI Swimsuit Issue feature in Jamaica is every bikini lover’s dream, and we can't stop thinking about these stunning looks,” the brand captioned its November 12 share to X (formerly Twitter).
The 22-year-old athlete was photographed by the famed photographer Yu Tsai, who captured incredible fashion moments of the athlete in brightly-colored string bikinis.
