Stunning Olympic champion Gabby Thomas, who won three gold medals in Paris in 2024, made her Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue debut earlier this year. And to commemorate the iconic athlete’s birthday, the brand shared one of her most sizzling pics.

In the photo, the track and field superstar flaunts her chiseled 8-pack in a silver string bikini.

“Happy birthday Gabby Thomas!” SI Swim captioned the Sunday, December 7 share to X (formerly Twitter). “To celebrate we're taking a look back at her breathtaking SI Swimsuit debut.”

Thomas, 29, was photographed in Boca Raton by famed photographer Ben Horton at The Boca Raton resort, alongside fellow athletes including reigning world champion heptathlete Anna Hall, WNBA’s Cameron Brink, controversial Olympian Eileen Gu, gymnastics phenoms Jordan Chiles and Suni Lee, golfer Nelly Korda and NASCAR’s Toni Breidinger. 

The Harvard grad — she studied neurobiology and global health — picked up three gold medals at the recent Paris Summer Games, including individual 200 meter and team 4 X 100 meter and relay and 4 X 400 relay.

“Thomas volunteers with clinics that support uninsured communities while continuing to lead in both athletics and advocacy,” raves the accompanying article in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.

About her shoot, the outlet continues, “In Florida, the SI Swimsuit fashion team played with proportion, color theory and directional tailoring to tell a modern, energetic story. Every outfit captured Thomas’s signature balance of polish and power.”
