SI Swim star Penny Lane took to social media to flaunt her award-winning bikini body — and reveal how she gets her famously chiseled abs.
In the Tuesday, January 13 Instagram post, Lane takes a selfie wearing her gym outfit: workout leggings and an ab-baring sports bra that flaunts her enviable six-pack. The 16-image carousel post also reveals some of her fitness secrets — including a tough abs workout on a Pilates machine, a heat pad machine for ab muscle recovery, and red light on both her face and body.
“Proof of life 🤍,” she captioned her first post in a month. The share also included some precious moments from the holidays she spent home in England with family.
“Proof of a beautiful life gorgeous girl! ❤️” raved one commenter.
“Alive and well,” wrote another. She answered, “Very alive and very well! 🤗”
“Send me dewy tight abs energy ❤️🙌,” said a third, a makeup artist. Lane replied, “haha only if you send me your dewy youthful skinnnnn 😍🙌.”

“I miss u,” added fellow SI Swim star Katie Austin. Lane responded, “I miss you and can’t wait to see you again.”
Lane, 31, won the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue’s prestigious Swim Search and then the coveted Rookie of the year title before her 2025 appearance in the magazine and star turn in its spring fashion show.
