Olympic champion Gabby Thomas is continuing to shine bright on and off the track.
Last summer, the 28-year-old star sprinter won three gold medals at the Olympic Games in Paris and helped the U.S. team secure gold in several 4x100-meter relay races. She's been making waves on the track ever since.
On Monday, July 7, Thomas announced on social media that her hard work has gotten her a nod at the 2025 ESPY awards.
She's been nominated for Best Athlete in Women's Sports.
Thomas shared the exciting news on her Instagram Stories, writing, "POV just got nominated for my first ESPY!!!"
The track star rocked a blue tank top and white miniskirt while she danced around the room in the short clip.
Her long, dark hair was pulled back in a tight ponytail, and she accessorized the look with a delicate silver necklace.

In another post shared on her Instagram Stories on the same day, Thomas shared the ESPY's voting link to encourage her followers to cast their votes.
To win the award, she'll have to beat out American hurdler and sprinter Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, along with Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, and WNBA star A'ja Wilson.
Who is competing for the Best Athlete in Men's Sports award?
The Best Athlete in Men's Sports award category is just as stacked as the women's field.
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, Philadelphia Eagles RB Saquon Barkley, Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Shohei Ohtani were all nominated.
The ESPYS will take place on July 16 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
Shane Gillis will host the star-studded event at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
