Stunning Sports Illustrated model Ellie Thumann is a huge fan of both Sabrina Carpenter and fashion. And she took to social media to share her own homage to both.
The flawless influencer, 23, often chooses songs by Carpenter as the soundtrack to her TikTok videos. So it was only a matter of time until the fashion plate pulled off one of her looks.
“Please tell me you get the vision,” she captioned the Sunday, October 26 video, before tagging the pop star. Thumann’s video starts off showing the model in a robe and ends with her wearing a white bra and flirty skirt.

The soundtrack? A Sabrina Carpenter hit (“Tears”), of course.
Carpenter has a famous, similar look — pulling off a white bra and frilly, flirty bloomers. Underwear-as-outerwear has become a hot trend, with many wearing nighties and other lingerie-inspired looks out for a night on the town.

“Gigi Hadid is that you?” Quipped another.
“So pretty,” added a third.

The model and influencer has appeared in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue three times and most recently attended the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in a sheer lingerie look by Dolce & Gabbana.
In addition to her gallery of photos in the 2025 print issue of SI, Thumann also walked in the magazine’s fashion show this past May 31. Also hitting the runway: cover models Livvy Dunne, Jordan Chiles and Lauren Chan plus Jena Sims, Camille Kostek’s, Ilona Maher, Katie Austin, Nicole Williams English, Ali Truwit, Achieng Agutu and Jasmine Sanders — plus reality TV stars Bethenney Frankel and Stassi Schroeder. The show closed out Miami Swim Week and was a sexy, ultra-glam affair at the chic W South Beach.
