Ah, gotta love the NBA Playoffs.

Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum was clearly locked and loaded for Game 3 of their series against the New York Knicks after his team dropping Game 2. We all know things can get a little testy during the postseason (and The Garden is one of the biggest places where that can happen), so it's not a surprise that Tatum pulled up to MSG wearing a pair of Timbs. Of course, New York isn't the only place where people might be spotted wearing Timberlands, but by now, everybody is pretty much aware of the connection between New Yorkers and their beloved Timbs.

For his pre-game arrival, Tatum hit the tunnel wearing a regular pair, which comes in a classic 6-inch height, and is made with nubuck leather. Per the brand, the boots are waterproof (they have to be as New Yorkers primarily wear them in the fall and winter when the weather is rainy/snowy), and they feature a rubber lug outsole equipped for traction.

Tatum paired his Timbs with dark overalls that appeared to be from Carhartt, and a vintage style t-shirt underneath. The comments were equally entertaining, especially from Celtics fan who were more than happy at Tatum's outfit selection for the day."They dirty too. He locked in," wrote one. "That old school single soul Notorious BIG timbs," added another. "Man got a Nas shirt that says Skillman and Queens Blvd. Nas is from 40th and 12th St in Queensbridge," explained another fan who made an interesting connection.

Well, one thing's for sure, Tatum certainly got the conversation going.
