Angel Reese proved she's a fashion powerhouse both on and off the court, as she attended the 2025 Met Gala in New York City in style.
The WNBA superstar brought her A-game to the red carpet alongside her bestie, rapper Megan Thee Stallion, as the duo posed for cameras before the May 5 event.
Though Reese, 23, is gearing up for the Chicago Sky’s preseason, she made sure her style was impressive as ever, donning a stunning black Thom Browne two-piece gown. Megan, 30, for her part, wore a glamorous jewel encrusted gown, her hair in a voluptuous ponytail.
Later that same night, the duo were joined by rapper Doechii for an epic “Hottie Cam” moment, which was shared to Megan’s Instagram account later that same night with the caption, “Hottie Cam in thee MET GALA 👀😏”. It’s safe to say fans loved the iconic moment, and let it be known in the comments.
“Thank you for this forbidden footage sis 😂,” one fan wrote. Another shared, “Megan collecting all the fine black women at the Met like infinity stones 😍😭🫡.”

The last comment is presumably about the Met Gala’s strict no cell phone rule at the prestigious event, which the rapper clearly ignored. She wasn’t alone however, other stars like Halle Bailey and Questlove also captured content from the night which was shared to social media.
