Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is back on the field, and fans can't stop talking about how different he looks.

On Tuesday, Kelce showed up for the team's mandatory minicamp looking leaner, faster and more focused. The Chiefs' official Instagram account shared several photos and videos of Kelce running drills and catching passes. What stood out most to fans? His noticeably slimmer frame.

"He is looking trim and fit!" one fan commented.

"Looks in better shape!!" another wrote.

"Bros in shape," another fan shared.

"Killatrav back looking fit af and strong LFGOOOOO," one person exclaimed.

The reactions weren't just based on their opinion on Kelce's photos and videos.

According to ESPN reporter Jeremy Fowler, Kelce has dropped around 25 pounds during the offseason. He shared on SportsCenter that the Super Bowl champion "vowed to change" after playing heavier last season.

"He's told people close to him that he's lost about 25 pounds this offseason," Fowler said. "This could be the last dance here for him. Mid-30s, still a productive player. They want to go to him on third down. [He's] been declining a little bit. He's trying to be slimmer and has gone hardcore this offseason to make it work."

Kelce spent most of his offseason in South Florida. Since April, he's been staying in Miami to train. Paparazzi even spotted Kelce working out shirtless under the Florida sun, looking stronger than in recent seasons.

After one of the lowest statistical seasons of Kelce's career, the seven-time All-Pro looks ready to silence the doubters and give his all, and fans are hopeful that his transformation signals big things ahead.
