Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love and his wife, Ronika Stone, are starting 2026 with a milestone moment off the field. According to ESPN, the newlyweds announced that they are expecting their first child together, sharing the news in a coordinated Instagram post that leaned into a relaxed, lifestyle-forward vibe rather than a flashy reveal.
In the photos, Love and Stone wore matching white T-shirts and jeans while posing with ultrasound images. One snapshot featured Stone holding a baby onesie styled after the back of Love’s Packers jersey, while another confirmed the baby is due to arrive in the spring. The caption kept things simple: “New year, new addition.”
The announcement comes less than a year after the couple married. Love and Stone began dating in 2020 after meeting via FaceTime through a mutual friend, a connection that started casually before growing into something more serious. They got engaged in June 2024 and were married a year later, officially becoming husband and wife in June 2025.
Stone brings her own athletic résumé to the relationship. A former standout at the University of Oregon, she plays professional volleyball for the San Diego Mojo. Standing 6-foot-2, she has competed internationally in France and Puerto Rico before continuing her career in the U.S. Sports scene. She also comes from an intensely competitive family. Her father, Ron Stone, spent more than a decade in the NFL and won two Super Bowls, while several of her siblings are collegiate athletes.
That shared sports-first lifestyle has shaped the couple’s rhythm, especially during football season. Love is coming off another productive year with Green Bay, throwing for more than 3,300 yards and 23 touchdowns. Although he recently cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol, the Packers opted to sit him for the regular-season finale against the Minnesota Vikings to prioritize his health heading into the playoffs.
