Before she became the internet’s favorite blonde bombshell, Mikayla Demaiter was a Canadian junior-league goalie. Now she’s a full-time distraction, and her latest Instagram drop proves she’s not slowing down.
On Tuesday, November 18, the 25-year-old — widely known online as the “world’s sexiest ice hockey player” — posted a carousel of images that left very little to the imagination. Demaiter slipped into a tight, white, curve-hugging jumpsuit with long sleeves, a high neckline, and wide-leg bottoms, then posed her way through every corner of the room.
She snapped a full-length mirror shot, perched on the bathtub edge, posed on a cushioned stool with one leg up, and ended the carousel with a soft-glam close-up that stopped the scroll cold. “The reason you believe in love at first sight,” she captioned the post.

Reactions came in fast.
“Beautiful beautiful beautiful 😍😍😍,” one person wrote.

From there, it was all fire emojis, heart-eyes, and memes — including a cartoon-wolf jaw-drop gif that honestly summed up the general mood.
If you’re new here, Demaiter wasn’t always a social media phenomenon. She was a legit junior-league goalie until a knee injury shut down her hockey career in 2019. In her goodbye letter to the sport, she wrote, “It is time to turn the page and move to the next chapter of my life, for the first time you will not be my number one focus.”
That next chapter turned out to be massive. Demaiter now has more than 3 million followers on Instagram and a huge audience across TikTok. Her hockey background only adds to the fascination. Before retiring, she logged nearly 1,000 minutes between the pipes in Canada’s Provincial Women’s Hockey League.
