Khloé Kardashian has shared the ups and downs of her life with the public for decades, but now, the reality star is opening up even more.
The 40-year-old took to Instagram to show what her healing process has been like since having a cancerous mass removed from her face. In 2022, the Good American founder revealed that she had discovered a small bump on her cheek, which was then biopsied.
After further testing and examination, doctors had recommended that Kardashian undergo surgery to remove the tumor. Since the procedure, the entrepreneur has been healing from the scars, which left an indentation on her face.
In 2023, Kardashian shared a timeline of six photos, showing her progress from when she first got the stitches to how the scar had transformed over time. By the end of the series, reported by Page Six, the mother of two could be seen with minimal scarring on her cheek — however, there still was a faint mark.
“I don’t know if you remember, but I had a tumor removed from my face, and I’ll always have a little line here,” Kardashian reportedly said in a follow-up video shared to her Instagram Story on Sunday, May 4.
She then pointed towards her cheek, adding, “I’ll always have these little nodules here a little bit. I don’t know if I’ll always have them, but I’ll have them for a little bit.”
The Hulu TV star went on to thank the team at 7Q Spa, a med spa in Glendale, California, for helping her along her healing journey.
“My girls at 7Q Spa just have changed my face, they saved it,” Kardashian explained. “Because I had a really big indention because of the large mass that was removed and I’m just so grateful for them.”
