"HARD KNOCKS: IN SEASON WITH THE NFC EAST" has returned.

The HBO-winning series has returned for its latest season, which follows reigning Super Bowl LIX champions the Philadelphia Eagles, the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Giants, and the Washington Commanders during the final stretch of the NFL season. This newest season made its premiere on December 2nd, and new episodes will debut on subsequent Tuesdays at 9:00 PM ET/PT on HBO through the end of the NFL regular season and continuing into the NFL playoffs in January 2026.

Narrated by Liev Schreiber, this new season marks the fifth time that the series has followed an NFL team in-season, and only the second consecutive year it will spotlight an entire division rather than just one team. From Eagles MVPs Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts leading their team through adversities and tough losses as other teams get better at stopping their famous “Tush Push” play, Giants’ QB Jaxson Dart returning to the field after an injury and spending his down time during practice learning geography, to Commanders wide receiver Treylon Burks’ one-handed catch touchdown, this iteration promises to capture an inside look at life and gameplay in one of football’s most historic divisions.

While rivalries may be more prominent than ever, the series also showcases genuine friendships made in the league, like Cowboys’ Dak Prescott and Giants’ Jameis Winston, who have been rooting for each other since they were roommates at the Peyton Manning Passing Academy. Additionally, four faceoffs a week also present quadruple the opportunities for exciting appearances by fan-favorite players and WAGs on teams outside the NFC East.

You can stream "HARD KNOCKS: IN SEASON WITH THE NFC EAST" on HBO Max.
