Hailee Steinfeld made headlines before a single trophy was handed out at the Golden Globes.
According to The New York Post, the 29-year-old actress and singer stepped onto the red carpet at the 83rd annual Golden Globes in Los Angeles visibly pregnant, marking her first public baby bump appearance since confirming she and husband Josh Allen are expecting their first child.
Steinfeld was on hand as a presenter for the ceremony, which was hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser and featured a star-studded lineup that included George Clooney, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Garner, Kevin Hart, Melissa McCarthy and Snoop Dogg.

The night was already a big one for Steinfeld professionally. Her film Sinners entered the ceremony with serious momentum, earning seven Golden Globe nominations, including a nod for Best Motion Picture: Drama. While Steinfeld herself wasn’t up for an individual acting award, the strong showing for Sinners cemented the project as one of the most talked-about films of the evening.
The Golden Globes appearance came just weeks after Steinfeld revealed her pregnancy, which followed a whirlwind year for the couple. Steinfeld and Allen, both 29, got engaged in November 2024 and tied the knot last May.
As Steinfeld walked the red carpet in Los Angeles, Allen was on the opposite coast dealing with business of a very different kind.
The Buffalo Bills quarterback led his team to a 27-24 wild-card win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Jacksonville. Allen played a central role in the victory, completing 28 of 35 passes for 273 yards and a touchdown while adding 33 rushing yards and two more scores on the ground.

The Jaguars entered the postseason red-hot after finishing 13-4 under first-year head coach Liam Coen and capturing the AFC South for the first time since 2022. Buffalo survived a late push from Jacksonville thanks to a decisive rushing touchdown from Allen in the closing moments.
