It’s been a tough stretch for the Kansas City Chiefs, coming off a loss to the Chargers as the season winds down. But while things on the field haven’t gone as planned, someone in the Chiefs orbit is ending the year on a serious high note: Gracie Hunt.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, December 17, the eldest daughter of Chiefs owner Clark Hunt dropped a montage of past workouts. The clip shows Gracie, 26, grinding through everything from speed bike sessions and free weights to core work, treadmill runs, cable machines, and outdoor hikes. “My 2025 fitness goal was simple: become the strongest version of myself — inside and out,” she captioned the post.

The Miss Kansas USA 2021 winner explained that the year wasn’t about starting over or chasing quick results. Instead, she focused on training with intention, thinking long-term, and building strength in a way that felt sustainable. Recovery, she added, became just as important as the workouts themselves. “I reset my metabolism, fueled my body on purpose, and slowly recomposed — adding about 15 lbs of muscle since I began this journey,” she revealed.

Rather than obsessing over how things looked, Gracie said she paid closer attention to how her body felt, learning when to push and when to pause. The progress didn’t happen overnight, but it added up. “My energy leveled out. My focus sharpened. And I learned to train with patience and grace instead of pressure,” she added.

“Finishing the year stronger than I started — and remembering that growth never really ends.”

It didn’t take long for reactions to roll in.

“Love that you are chasing strong not skinny!” One person commented.

“Impressive, most impressive!!!” Another said.

“Gracie you killed it wow you should do health coaching I would sign up and pay for it,” chimed in a third.

As for the Chiefs, the team still has games left on the schedule, with Kansas City set to face the Titans on Sunday before closing out the year with divisional matchups.
