Haley and Hanna Cavinder, 24, are no longer roommates posting daily content as the Cavinder Twins, but as promised, the fitness influencers are already traveling long distances to work out together. For one of their first gym reunions for social media, they collabed on a sweaty quad day workout.
For the hard-core quad day routine, one twin — they never identify which is which on their shared social media accounts — sported a two-piece lavender set, including a tiny sports bra and teensy matching shorts. Her sister wore a dark blue ensemble.

“Fav day of the week is back,” reads the caption to the Tuesday, May 6 TikTok video. “Let’s build these quadssss.”
As the lavender-bedecked twin flexes her toned physique for the mirror (and camera), she flaunts her defined leg and abs muscles. “POV it’s quad day,” reads over the footage. Then the women get into their tough routine, using both free weights and machines.

In a later video, while filming her sister doing squats the twin in blue quips, “No one hustles harder than me getting my sister’s angle so it doesn’t turn into an argument.” The caption reads, “Then we can live in peace for the day.”
While at University of Miami, the basketball stars and influencers lived together and filmed a ton of content as the Cavinder Twins. But Haley recently got engaged to Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson and moved to Texas, leaving Hanna in South Florida.
