Some of the best schools in the nation will face off in the SEC cross country championships in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Multiple top-30 teams on the men's and women's sides will participate in the meet.

For the men, this includes Alabama at No. 8, Georgia at No. 20, Missouri at No. 22, Ole Miss at No. 26 and Oklahoma at No. 29.

For the women, five SEC women’s programs are ranked, including Florida at No. 3, South Carolina at No. 20, Missouri at No. 23, Alabama at No. 25 and Tennessee at No. 27.

Arkansas will look to win its third consecutive men's SEC cross country championship, while Alabama will defend its women's title.

Women's championship

The men's SEC championship begins at 10:08 a.m. ET on Friday, Oct. 31, with an 8K race. The women's championship follows at 10:53 a.m. ET with an 8K race. Both races will take place in Knoxville, Tennessee.
