It's coming down to the wire — the 2025 NCAA field hockey tournament has reached the semifinals, with just four programs remaining.
Three rounds have already flown by, with plenty of intense competition across the bracket. Three of the top four seeded teams have advanced onto the semifinals, but one was axed early — No. 4 Virginia fell to Miami (OH) 2-1 last week.
No. 1 North Carolina, No. 2 Princeton and No. 3 Harvard have all secured their spots in the semifinal round, and to no one's surprise, defending national champion Northwestern clinched the final bid.
