And they're off to the races. The 2025 NCAA cross country championships are here.

The men's and women's competitions will start on Saturday morning from Columbia, Mo. A total of 64 teams (32 men's, 32 women's) qualified to participate in this year's events via automatic and at-large bids.

Last year, BYU took home both team titles, marking the first time that a program completed a sweep since Colorado pulled off that feat in 2004. Graham Blanks of Harvard won the men's individual title, while Doris Lemngole of Alabama won the women's championship.
