Now that we are officially through 10 weeks of the NFL season, it is time to take a step back and evaluate the Super Bowl 60 odds. Several teams have been near the top for most of the year, with some sleepers climbing their way up the rankings with impressive seasons, which we will talk about below.
Super Bowl 60 Odds After Week 10
| FanDuel | DraftKings | BetMGM | |
| Kansas City Chiefs | +600 | +600 | +550 |
| Los Angeles Rams | +650 | +650 | +700 |
| Philadelphia Eagles | +700 | +800 | +700 |
| Detroit Lions | +800 | +750 | +750 |
| Buffalo Bills | +900 | +950 | +900 |
Clearly, the books think that it is a one team race in the AFC with the Kansas City Chiefs as heavy favorites to win the Super Bowl, and the next closest team is all the way down with the fifth-best odds in the Buffalo Bills. The funny thing about that, however, is that if the season ended today, the Chiefs would currently be out of the playoff picture entirely.
It is interesting to see the LA Rams jump ahead of both the Eagles and the Lions to currently be the favorite out of the NFC, but it is also hard to argue with the way they have looked this season. They are the only team in the NFL with a top five offense and defense. That said, there are two massive NFC matchups in Week 11 between the Lions-Eagles and the Seahawks-Rams that will shift the odds pretty dramatically depending on what happens.
Longshots, Value Super Bowl 60 Picks
Of the teams outside the top five, the next two teams right after the Bills are close together in the Seahawks (+1100 at FD) and the Colts (+1100 at FD), with another tier jump before the Ravens (+1500 at FD) and Packers (+1500 at FD) round out the next two. After that, there is another tier gap in terms of odds before we get to the Broncos at +1800 at FanDuel.
Even with the Broncos 8-2 record, it is hard to trust them as a true Super Bowl contender with the way QB Bo Nix has played this season. Same goes for the Colts, as it is going to take more than 10 games to truly believe that Daniel Jones can keep playing like this to make the Colts a real threat to win the Super Bowl, especially in a loaded AFC.
Looking at teams outside the top five in the NFL, it is still hard to quit the Packers, even after seeing their dreadful offensive performance Monday night against the Eagles. The Packers have lost three games, and allowed 16, 13 and 10 points in those three losses. Even still, taking a step back, the Packers still have the fifth-best offense according to EPA/Play and sixth-best according to DVOA.
The Patriots also deserve a mention here out of the AFC, currently sitting with the 11th-best odds (+2200 at FD), one spot behind the Broncos. They have won six straight games, included in that winning streak are impressive wins against the Bills and the Buccaneers.
Official Super Bowl Pick: Los Angeles Rams (+700) BetMGM
It would be easy to just go with the Chiefs again, but we'll be different and roll with the Rams. They are currently 7-2 and have a real argument to being 9-0 when digging into their two losses. They blew a huge second-half lead to the Eagles in Week 3 and fumbled multiple times in the red-zone in a Week 5 overtime loss to the 49ers.
It's easy to forget that the Rams gave the Eagles their biggest scare in the playoffs last year, the only game the Eagles did not win by double-digits in that Super Bowl run.
