Yes! Arizona legalized sports betting after Governor Doug Ducey signed HB 2772 into law in April 2021. Retail and online sports betting sites officially went live in the state five months later on Sept. 9, 2021.

Anyone physically in Arizona and aged 21 years or older with a valid United States Social Security Number can bet on sports. Many large sites operate under partnerships with TPC Scottsdale and other large retail companies and casinos.

Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG) oversees Arizona sports betting, in accordance with the laws of the state. Arizona has certain regulations that may differ from other states. For instance, betting on college sports is legal, but betting on college athletes' player props is illegal.
