Ed Sheeran is preparing to release the Play album. As the world waits with anticipation, the singer announced a series of shows in the U.K.
The shows will be in more intimate venues compared to stadium shows Sheeran is known for performing in.
“These shows will be more intimate than a stadium show, obvz, but still will be incredible. I love playing these venues so much,” Sheeran said on Instagram.

Sheeran is one of the most recognized and acclaimed artists in the music industry. The Halifax-born singer is known for "Shape of You," "Thinking Out Loud," Bad Habits," and more. He’s won multiple AMA, Billboard, Brit, Grammy, MTV, and iHeartRadio awards.
The Play album has already been teased with lead single “Azizam,” which has reached the top of the U.K. Singles Chart. Per Billboard, the purpose of Play is “to create joy and technicolor.”

Ed Sheeran will travel all over Europe for his latest tour.
The tour starts on December 1 in Paris. Sheeran then makes his way through Germany before a few shows in the U.K. Dublin will be the final show of the tour on December 9.
