Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Emeka Egbuka has been the star of the show for Baker Mayfield and the offense through eight weeks.
But the rookie did get dinged up, with a hamstring injury limiting him in games to the point where some thought that he should have been rested, but the Buccaneers played him anyway.
Still, he didn't have his usual impact, and now that the Buccaneers have had their bye, one could make the assumption that Emeka "should" get full go for Week 10 against the New England Patriots, right?
Well, post-practice, head coach Todd Bowles gave a little update on how Egbuka looked on the field.
"He looks good," Bowles said. "I mean, he looked good today. He was full speed. He ran around. He looked like his normal self."

Buccaneers need Egbuka vs. Patriots
With Bucky Irving and Chris Godwin unlikely at the time of writing to be on the field against New England, that means more will be expected of Egbuka in the passing game.
Yes, the likes of Tez Johnson, Sterling Shepard, and Cade Otton will also be called upon to make plays, but Emeka is the star of the show.
Already leading the Buccaneers in yards (562), touchdowns (five), receptions (34), and targets (63), it is clear Mayfield loves going to No.2, and you better believe the Patriots will have a plan to take Egbuka away.
If the Buccaneers have any intention of beating the Patriots, it is going to have to be Egbuka who leads the way.
