Today sees history made as the NFL arrives in Dublin for the first-ever regular-season game in Ireland, pitting the Pittsburgh Steelers against the Minnesota Vikings at Croke Park.

Both sides sit at 2-1, but the fortunes hinge on two veteran quarterbacks.

The Steelers' offense, led by Aaron Rodgers, is yet to truly click, hampered by a lack of running game.

They will rely on their opportunistic, Mike Tomlin-coached defence to keep them in it.

Across the turf, the Vikings will trot out Carson Wentz, deputising for the injured J.J. McCarthy.

Wentz is buoyed by a sensational performance from the Minnesota defence last week, a blitz-happy, Brian Flores-led unit that will look to harass Rodgers all afternoon.

The key match-up? Steelers cornerback Jalen Ramsey versus Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson.

Expect a tight, hard-hitting affair. Given Minnesota's defensive form and Pittsburgh's offensive woes, this could be a low-scoring thriller.

The team that settles quickest will claim a vital victory on the Emerald Isle.
