The NFL trade deadline has come and gone, as contenders had one last chance to make deals ahead of this year's playoff push.

While the trade deadline isn't typically as exciting in the NFL as it is in some other sports, it is still a crucial date for the season. This year, many of the league's best teams were active before the deadline expired, adding talent that could become important pieces this winter.

Some of the trades made since Nov. 1 involved significant players and draft picks, while others were just minor moves involving depth options. Therefore, here's how each NFL trade deadline deal this year ranks by significance.

1. Colts get CB Sauce Gardner in blockbuster

In the biggest trade of the day, the Jets sent star CB Sauce Gardner to the Colts for two first-round picks and WR Adonai "AD" Mitchell. It is the official beginning of the rebuild in New York, while the Colts go all-in with a 7-2 record through nine weeks.

2. Cowboys trade for Quinnen Williams

The Jets continued their fire sale by sending defensive tackle Quinnen Williams to the Cowboys for a 2026 second-round pick, a 2027 first-round pick and DT Mazi Smith. Dallas has been after Williams for a while, and the team finally lands him to help a struggling defense.

3. Jaguars land WR Jakobi Meyers from Raiders

Jakobi Meyers

Jakobi Meyers has been on the trade block for a while, and the Raiders finally moved him to the Jaguars for fourth- and sixth-round picks. With Travis Hunter currently on injured reserve and with Brian Thomas Jr. Hobbled with an ankle injury and underperforming in general, Meyers could be one of the more impactful moves of the deadline.

4. Saints send WR Rashid Shaheed to Seahawks

Rashid Shaheed was one of the hottest names on the trade market, and he goes to the Seahawks for picks in Rounds 4 and 6 in the 2026 draft. He is a speedster who will pair well with Jaxon Smith-Njigba, adding to an already explosive Seattle offense.

5. Eagles acquire EDGE Jaelan Phillips

The Eagles were looking for pass rush help, and they got it with the former Dolphins first-round pick, sending Miami a third-rounder in return. Jaelan Phillips is set to be a free agent, and has had injury issues in his career, but as long as he is healthy, he should add a different element to Philadelphia's defense.

6. Titans send DT Dre'Mont Jones to Ravens

The veteran defensive lineman has been a quality player since 2019, and he has continued that play for the Titans this year. Dre'Mont Jones has 26 tackles and 4.5 sacks in nine games this year and could be an underrated addition for Baltimore's defense for a conditional fifth-round pick.

7. Cowboys acquire Bengals LB Logan Wilson

Logan Wilson requested a trade from the Bengals, and he gets his wish as he heads to a Cowboys defense looking for all kinds of help on defense. Wilson was a leader on Cincinnati's defense for his entire career, but he was benched this year amid a disappointing season.

8. Chargers add OT Trevor Penning

The Chargers just lost Joe Alt for the season, making it both offensive tackles that are now out for the year. Los Angeles now adds a former first round pick in Trevor Penning to try and help fill the void along the offensive line.

9. Ravens trade CB Jaire Alexander to Eagles

Jaire Alexander was an underwhelming offseason acquisition for the Ravens, so they sent him to the Eagles along with a seventh-rounder for a sixth-rounder. Philadelphia is taking a flier, hoping Alexander can return to his prior form.

10. Bears trade for Browns DE Joe Tryon-Shoyinka

Joe Tryon-Shoyinka

Adding Joe Tryon-Shoyinka is a depth move for a Bears team that has been dealing with injuries on the defensive side of the ball. Tryon-Shoyinka had nine tackles and no sacks with the Browns this year.
