TMZ obtained multiple videos detailing Sanchez and Tole's confrontation and its immediate aftermath.
On Oct. 4, TMZ shared video of Sanchez and Tole being rolled toward ambulances on a gurney. Images emerged soon after showing Sanchez clutching his blood-stained chest after the altercation.
On Oct. 10, TMZ released additional details regarding Sanchez's alleged assault and subsequent stabbing and arrest. At 12:05 a.m. ET, Tole arrived, backing his truck into an alley. Sanchez, visibly intoxicated, stumbled down the same alley seven minutes later, showing no signs of injury or distress as he walked down the nearby sidewalk.
About 90 seconds later, Sanchez changed course, walking out of camera view before returning to the alley's entrance. He parked himself on a wall for two minutes before appearing to have a discussion with a passerby. Moments later, Sanchez turned into the alley, walking towards the dock where Tole was parked.
After pausing behind a dumpster, Sanchez began jogging in Tole's direction. Authorities say this period — between 12:25 a.m. ET and 12:30 a.m. ET — was when Sanchez pulled Tole from his truck and slashed his face. Tole responded by spraying Sanchez with pepper spray and stabbing him in the midsection.
At 12:30 a.m. ET, Sanchez is seen sprinting out of the alley. His mid-section was covered in blood as he made his way towards the street. Seven minutes later, at 12:37 a.m. ET, Indianapolis PD arrived on the scene. At 12:47 a.m. ET, Tole was wheeled into an ambulance on a gurney. Sanchez followed him shortly thereafter.
