Madden 26 QB ratings: Here are the best quarterbacks for 2025, from Josh Allen to Jayden Daniels

The consensus in most preseason rankings is that there remains a core four of elite quarterbacks in the NFL, in whichever order, of Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Joe Burrow.

Each quarterback has either an MVP or a Super Bowl appearance — in Mahomes' case, both — but no one in that group is the reigning Super Bowl MVP. That honor would belong to Eagles QB Jalen Hurts, who is hoping to continue proving doubters wrong in 2025.

Madden 26 sees two quarterbacks standing above the rest entering the season, and neither of them is Mahomes. Allen and Jackson were included among EA's seven-player "99 club," receiving a 99 overall rating in this year's edition of the game.
