The Patriots and the Seahawks both came out with wins in their respective conference championship matches on Sunday, setting up what should be an electric Super Bowl matchup in a couple of weeks.
These two teams didn't meet too long ago in the Super Bowl.
11 years ago, Seattle and New England faced one another in Super Bowl 49.

Sam Darnold
The Seahawks QB was finishing up his senior year of high school.
He was committed to USC to play college football, and he went on to redshirt his freshman year before playing two full seasons with the Trojans.
Drake Maye
Maye is just 23 years old right now, meaning he was 12 years old the last time the Patriots and Seahawks played in the Super Bowl.
Maye grew up in North Carolina and was a Panthers fan, and little did he know his favorite team would be in the Super Bowl the following year; however, they ended up losing in Super Bowl 50 to the Broncos.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Smith-Njigba was also about 12 years old during Super Bowl 49, meaning he was still a few years away from playing high school football.
Kenneth Walker III
The Seahawks star running back was about 14 years old and was just about to enter high school, where he'd go on to rush for 3,485 yards with 41 touchdowns.
